Each year, an art director, Ewa Braun,  organizes a workshop in art direction, costume design and make-up for our school students. This year, the workshop’s leading theme was “We’re making a film. Screen tests.” In the scripts provided by the students a film director is organizing auditions and screen test for actors for his new film project. The set in the film studio was arranged to look like a bar with some tables and a stage straight from the late 1980ties and early 1990ties.

In the workshop, which was run from Monday to Saturday, participated the students from three departments - film direction: Iza Kiszczak, Mahommed Almughanni, Anna Pawluczuk, Filip Bojarski, Giovanni Pierangeli, Katarzyna Wiśniowska, Jakub Prysak, Iwo Swiłło, Nadim Suleiman, Zofia Kowalewska, Dawid Bodzak, Maciej Jankowski; cinematography: Nils Crone, Michał Modlinger, Piotr Żurawski, Filip Wierzbicki, Joanna Kakitek, Kacper Zięba, Przemek Jękosz, Giovanni Cimarosti, Ewa Radzewicz, Adam Suzin, Edgar Griszczuk, and acting.

Ewa Braun, a member of American Academy of Moving Picture Arts and Sciences and Polish Film Academy, is the Oscar winner for art direction for Steven Spielberg’s „Schindler’s List” (1994)
