PKA Education Excellence Certificates in the Excellent Faculty category were awarded to only 9 fields of study out of all the universities in Poland.

There are 3 specializations under the Directing programme at the Lodz Film School: Film and Television Direction, Film Editing and Screenwriting.

The Presidium of the Polish Accreditation Committee stated that the fields of study awarded with certificates received a positive programme evaluation for 6 years, supported by good practices in the field of education quality or documented, regular achievements of students and graduates. Applications for the award of certificates were submitted by the chairmen of teams operating in the fields of science and art, following the recommendation contained in the team's opinion.
