The PISF awards are a special distinction in the film industry, appreciating the work of people and institutions not related to film production.

The Visual Narratives Laboratory vnlab, operating at the Lodz Film School, is nominated in the category: Innovation or Technological Solution. The winners will be selected by the jury composed of: the director of the Polish Film Institute, Radosław Śmigulski, head of the Department of Film Culture Promotion and Promotion, Aleksandra Świerczewska, art historian and curator Hanna Wróblewska, film producer Aneta Hickinbotham, historian and journalist Piotr Zaremba, writer Wiesław Kot, and film critic and journalist of the weekly "Polityka" Janusz Wróblewski.

The winners will be announced on 14, September during the 47th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia.
