Paulina Krajnik is a casting director with ten years of experience in the profession. Her filmography includes films appreciated by critics and awarded at festivals - mainly feature debuts: "Girl from the wardrobe", dir. Bodo Kox, "Nina" dir. Olga Chajdas, "Other People" dir. Aleksandra Terpińska, "Prime Time" dir. Kuba Piątek, or "Najmro. He loves, steals, respects" dir. Mateusz Rakowicz. She collaborated with Agnieszka Holland, Jerzy Skolimowski, Kasia Adamik and Agnieszka Smoczyńska.

Winner of the Weronika Migoń Award for the 2019 Best Casting Director for the film "Nina".

Since 2021, she has been working with Warsaw Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy conducting optional classes Preparation for the casting. Co-founder and the Board member of the Polish Casting Directors Guild. Member of the Casting Society of America.
