Our films are in the Short Fiction Film Competition, Documentary Film Competition and Panorama. See which ones! We’ll be in Łagów watching films from 25, June to 2, July.

It is the oldest feature film festival in Poland. THE LUBUSKIE FILM SUMMER has been organized since 1969, and since 1990 it has been an international festival. It focuses primarily on the latest titles from Central and Eastern Europe. The main prize of the festival is the Golden Grape.

During the 52nd edition of the Festival, we will be happy to share our films with the viewers:

Short Fiction Film Competition:

THE DEVIL, dir. Jan Bujnowski
BE SOMEBODY, dir. Michał Toczek
ALKIBIADES, dir. Robert Kwilman
NEWBORN, dir. Zuzanna Grajcewicz
CAT, dir. Zofia Kowalewska

20 films will compete for the Golden Grape in the Short Fiction Film Competition. They will be evaluated by jurors: theatre and film actress and playwright Gabriela Muskała, film critic Gediminas Jankauska and film expert and historian of Polish film Jarosław Grzechowiak.

Documentary Film Competition:

WHEN I'LL BE…, dir. Tymoteusz Kałużewski

The winning films will be selected out of the 16 shortlisted films by a jury: journalist and film critic Jakub Armata, director and documentary filmmaker Eva Tomanová and director of the Krakow Film Festival Krzysztof Gierat.
