Our #FILMSCHOOL joined the project entitled “What brings a university to life? "Model of academic leadership of the 21st century" implemented as part of the #ScienceForSociety project, in the area of Scientific Excellence, Humanities - Society - Identity, as part of the #ScienceForSociety, #Ministry of EducationAndScience and #Łukasiewicz-ORGMASZ project.

Trainers from #TwoWingsInstitute will develop managers' competences in the field of conscious leadership in the academic environment.

Improving the qualifications of management staff includes two training courses
1. Integral Leadership Development Programme – 8 days,
2. Polarity Management – 2 days.

The training is implemented in 2-day sessions from November, 2023 to April, 2024.

Eighteen Lodz Film School employees are taking part in the training, most of whom are people holding management positions among the scientific and teaching staff and the administration.

The first training is already behind us (21-22, November), the next one is scheduled for 14-15, December.
