The 19th Toronto Women Film Festival is an annual event focusing on the filmwork of women filmmakers internationally.
Screenings take place at the Carlton Cinema and the University of Toronto's Innis Town Hall.

Among this year's winners there is Maria Ornaf and her film WHEN THE HOUSE TURNS which wins the Best Student Film Award.
Maria's diploma film has been so far shown at international festivals such as: Filmfestival Kitzbühel in Austria, Rome Independent FF, Thess International Short FF in Greece, Cinalfama Film Awards in Portugal, KIN International Women's FF in Armenia.

In Poland it received: WAMA Anna Wasilewska Award, Incomplete Frame Award of the Spektrum Festival, Jan Machulski Awards for the Best Film and Director, the 3rd Prize of the Dwa Brzegi Festival, as well as awards for Cinematography for Zuzanna Zachary-Hassairi and the Jan Machulski Award for Best Editing for Alan Zejer.
