The cooperation agreement was signed by: Milenia Fiedler, Rector of our School, and Jinhae Kim, President of Busan Cinema Center.
On 19, February, we hosted the team from Busan at the school. Busan Metropolitan City (South Korea) is the first city in Asia recognized by UNESCO as a "Creative City of Film". It cooperates with 17 other Film Cities from various places around the world, which gives the metropolis the title of Asia's film representative in the world.
Our guests were: President of Busan Cinema Center - Jinhae Kim and the programmers of the Busan International Film Festival - Hye-jin Chun and Hana Baek. The guests met the Rector of our School, visited the university and visited animation students during their classes.
The result of the visit was the signing of a cooperation agreement between our School and the Busan Cinema Center, an artistic center which is the seat of a world-famous international film festival as well as a space for organizing various film screenings, theatre spectacles and exhibitions.
