"The war in the Gaza Strip and Ukraine, the impact of social media and AI on the lives of young people, auteur, social and genre cinema, feature, animated and documentary films. You will see all this as part of the 3rd FREEDOM Film Festival, the main theme of which from the beginning of its existence has been freedom in all possible aspects," write the organizers of the FREEDOM Film Festival.

We are pleased to announce that the films of our students and graduates are in the competitions of the Radom festiwal.

IN THE NATIONAL SHORT FILM COMPETITION:

"In the Polish Competition - we will show heavy, painfully current topics and difficult emotions which accompany us every day. We will admire the courage in strong, personal documentaries, and together with the heroines and heroes of fiction stories, we will sympathize with their desire for freedom, love, security, and also support their fight for themselves and their values. We will think about these films for many hours after the screening," says the competition programmer, Marta Karnkowska.

"As part of the international competition, we will show films which touch on current, burning events, such as the wars in the Gaza Strip and Ukraine, or show the impact of social media or AI on the lives of young people. There will also be genre films such as horror and comedy," says the artistic director of the festival, Łukasz Adamski.

The 3rd edition of the festival runs from 10 to 13, July in Radom.
