The 6th Octopus International Film Festival ran in Gdańsk from 6 to 11, August.

It is the largest genre film festival in Poland, which has been organized in Gdańsk since 2018. The aim of the festival is to present the best and most exceptional genre films from around the world and to celebrate the film screening as a unique, communal experience.

The jury composed of Katarzyna Karwan, Michał Walkiewicz, Karolis Žukas decided to award a Special Mention to the student fiction film by Bartosz Stankiewicz MY SECRET CYBERLOVE, providing the following statement: "for cybersex, true lies and a video cassette that captured a bit of our childhood".
