Alter-Native ISFF initiated in 1993 is one of the oldest short film festivals in Romania. From the very beginning, the organizers have been following the idea of presenting auteur cinema, with a unique perspective and an independent form of artistic expression.

This year, the jury decided to award the Grand Prix to the film A DEAD MARRIAGE directed by Michał Toczek.

The award was funded by the Romanian Ministry of Culture.
