The 2nd edition of Trzebinia Film Meetings will take place on Monday, 18, November, at 6 p.m., at the SOKÓŁ Cinema in Trzebinia (74, Kościuszki Street). The event will include film screenings and meetings with their creators. Our school will be represented by Jakub Jakubik, who will show the audience his film LAMENT No. 1, which won a special award at the 49th Gdynia Film Festival and an Honorary Mention at the "Etiuda & Anima" International Film Festival in Krakow.

When Jan's mother dies, the boy is unable to cry over her. The rest of the family, who are in conflict with him, shows up at the deceased's flat. Despite the difficult circumstances, Jan must rise to the occasion and bid his mother farewell with dignity. A minimalist, modest portrayal of family relationships put to the test, set in cold Eastern Europe.
