Tokyo International Photo Awards is an international photography competition that aims to recognize and integrate talented photographers from around the world and promote their work in Tokyo's artistic circles.

Izabela Łapińska
Polish artist photographer and film expert. Professor of art, PhD degree in the field of film art, specialization - photography at the National Film, Television and Theatre School in Łódź. She is a graduate of photography at the PWSFTviT in Łódź. She also graduated from the University of Lodz in the field of culture studies, specialization in film studies. She has had dozens of individual photographic exhibitions, domestic and foreign, and numerous publications in periodicals, including French, Belgian, Czech and Greek. The artist's works have been published in the Belgian "Objectif", in the French edition of "PHOTO", in the magazines "Pozytyw", "Camera Obscura", "Format" and "Akademia".
