The residents of Pleszew will see the diploma film of our acting students directed by Kalina Alabrudzińska. The screening will be the main point of the "4th Cinema with Paweł Sarbinowski for WOŚP ".
We are happy to announce that once again Paweł Sarbinowski is the patron of a film screening for the Great Orchestra of Charity (WOŚP). On Saturday, January 25 at 6 p.m. in the Public Library of the City and Commune of Pleszew (1, Kolejowa Street) there will be a screening of the film NOTHING IS LOST directed by our graduate, Kalina Alabrudzińska. The film was the diploma film of our acting students at the time, who have already graduated from the school.
The ticket fees will be donated to the WOŚP Charity.
The Film School in Łódź is a Partner of the event.
NOTHING IS LOST is a comedy drama. The heroes of the film are part of a strong and important community - a community of lonely people. Life requires changes that they cannot cope with. Only when they get to know the power of nature - does strength begin to grow in them. When they let nature act, their nature begins to change.
Kalina on her film: The film protagonists suffer from my favourite illness - sadness. Life requires changes from them but they do not want to yield to this. They prefer to hide in the thicket of leaves and everyday life. And the world around is beautiful, the sun is shining, so why should not they be reborn as a better and happier species? I hope that my sad film will make you laugh and, like my heroes, you will feel part of a strong and important community - a community of lonely people.
