The theme of this year's edition is THE STORY OF A CERTAIN FRIENDSHIP. The competition is organized by the Warsaw Uprising Museum.
- Do you like making films, music videos, animated films? Take part in the #63sekundy film competition and win PLN 10,000. - write the organizers - We are looking for creators aged 15-22 who will tell "The Story of a Friendship" in 63 seconds. The finalists will be announced at the gala of the Mastercard OFF CAMERA International Independent Cinema Festival in Krakow. The competition is organized by the Warsaw Uprising Museum. The choice of the notion of friendship as the theme of this year's edition of the competition: "The Story of a Certain Friendship" to be told by young artists, confirms that solidarity and support of others are equally important to us in times of war as in times of peace. The Warsaw insurgents, speaking about life and priorities, repeatedly emphasized how important friendship with others was to them then.
"We want young creators to be an inspiration for their peers," says Jan Ołdakowski, director of the Warsaw Uprising Museum. "We see every day that sensitivity to relationships among today's contemporaries of the Warsaw Uprising participants is extremely strong. It is friendship that is the most important value for young people - relationships with friends, but also with the older generation. In the #63seconds film competition, we want to see the truth about what friendship means to young people. It is a chance to express oneself and one’s creative sensitivity," adds director Ołdakowski.
The works of the finalists will be assessed by a jury composed of: Kinga Dębska – director, Jakub Armata – programmer of the Mastercard OFF CAMERA festival, Sonia Szyc – actress, Kacper Zembrzucki – internet creator and Jan Ołdakowski – director of the Warsaw Uprising Museum.

The competition is becoming more and more popular every year. In the 2023 edition, over 100 participants registered, and in 2024, over 140 young filmmakers took part in the competition.
The Lodz Film School is the Patron of the Competition.
