In the Polish-Czech Competition the winner was Mohammed Almughanni, our directing graduate, author of AN ORANGE FROM JAFFA.

Film synopsis:
Mohammed and Farouk seemingly have little in common. Mohammed has returned to Palestine for a short visit, carrying a permanent residence card and the promise of a peaceful future. Farouk, on the other hand, is a young taxi driver condemned to live in one of the world's most dangerous places. When their lives intersect, stark differences emerge, creating tensions that are hard to navigate. Can Mohammed and Farouk bridge their divides when confronted with the arrogance of Israeli soldiers?
