Wrap Film Festival is a young and small festival with huge ambitions to support emerging artists, show their films and help them build relationships with audiences and industry professionals.

The winner in the "Best Thriller Film" category was directing student Aico Tan for her second-year fiction short film ABYSS.

Film synopsis: A woman who can't find her voice wakes up in the hospital after being saved from drowning by her husband. But returning to the surface doesn't mean the end of her struggle to breathe.
