The guest was Sue Ahern from Great Britain, who is a producer and journalist (she has worked with the BBC) and who specializes primarily in communication. She promotes her mentoring activities through the website creativepeople.tv

The topic of the last workshop was communication in a creative group, which included honing soft skills and cultural and “healthy” functioning in a creative team.

The workshop was divided into two parts. The first part was attended by the whole group and included exercises on communication, assertiveness, receiving feedback and healthy functioning in a team. Then each group had an individual session with Sue, during which team members could talk to the mentor about specific problems. The students touched on topics such as difficulties in communication or other aspects of teamwork, but also shared their doubts about the future and challenges that await them while working in the film and television industry.
