This is it, this is the moment! After four years of studying, workshops, lectures and exams. After millions of spoken words, creative gymnastics of bodies and minds, after arduous training of emotions. This is the moment! Everyone on stage!

Fourth-year acting students from Polish public theatre schools will present themselves in their graduation shows on the stages of Łódź theatres. This will be a unique meeting. Acting students just before the end of their school careers and the festival audience hungry for theatre experiences will come face-to-face with each other. The festival jury will face the challenge of assessing the prepared roles, and theatre critics, casting directors and theatre directors will be on the lookout for the most promising artists.

Students of the Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow, the Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow Branch in Bytom, the Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow Branch in Wrocław, the Theatre Academy in Warsaw, the Theatre Academy in Warsaw Branch in Białystok and the Acting Department of the Lodz Film School will play in 16 diploma shows, directed by renowned and experienced directors.

The jury will be composed of: Roma Gąsiorowska, Marcin Koszałka, Piotr Kruszczyński, Kalina Zalewska and a representative of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Eliza Kujan.

We will see the graduation shows on the stages of the Kazimierz Dejmek Nowy Theatre in Łódź, the Studyjny Theatre, the Stefan Jaracz Theatre in Łódź, the Arlekin Puppet Theatre and the Film School in Łódź. We will meet not only in the theatre.

The series LAUREATES OF THE DSF ON THE BIG SCREEN is an encounter with the winners from past editions of the Drama Schools’ Festival who reign today both on stage and on screen. We invite you to screenings of films with their participation and meetings. Free admission to the events of the series!

The programme of the 43rd DSF also includes workshops by the ADiT Drama and Theatre Agency, workshops with casting directors, a meeting with Mariusz Bargielski and Christina July Kim "From Casting to the Red Carpet" and a meeting with the jurors of this year's edition of the festival.

We keep our fingers crossed for all students who will appear on the stages of Łódź theatres during the 43rd Festival of Drama Schools in Łódź. This is it, this is the moment. Everyone on stage!
