Here are the members of the Drama Schools’ Festival: Roma Gąsiorowska, Kalina Zalewska, Piotr Kruszczyński, Adrian Panek & Eliza Kujan (MKiDN)
Attentive, observing, critical – our jurors will evaluate the graduation shows and acting performance of the students.

* Roma Gąsiorowska *
A theatre, film and television actress, fashion designer, culture manager, founder of the AktoRstudio film acting school, which she has run since 2012. She created her own METHOD. She collaborates as a lecturer with the Gdynia Film School and IS PAN - at the Film Studies Department. For 12 years, as the originator and artistic director of W-ARTE! OPEN ART SPACE, she has been producing and supporting artistic events and promoting young talents. Graduated from the Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków where she followed an individual form of studies . For her role in the diploma show "Cold Child", she received an award in the "Young Actor" category at the XLV Kalisz Theatre Encounters. She has collaborated with many theatres throughout Poland, including the Rozmaitości Theatre in Warsaw, the National Old Theatre in Kraków and the Drama Laboratory in Warsaw. She made her debut on the big screen even before she graduated with her role in Jerzy Stuhr's film "Tomorrow's Weather". Her later roles: Magda in "The Polish-Russian War" directed by Xawery Żuławski and Sylwia in "Suicide Room" directed by Jan Komasa brought her recognition from audiences and critics. For her title role in the film "Ki" directed by Leszek Dawid, she was nominated for the Polish Film Award "Eagle" and the Zbyszek Cybulski Award, as well as won the awards: the Golden Duck (awarded by the "Film" magazine), the Award for a female role at the Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia, the Award for a Leading Actress at the festival in Cottbus and many others. In 2011, she was honoured with the Elle Crystal Star at the 36th Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia.
She has played over 30 film roles and several dozen theatre roles, both artistic and commercial. She is socially engaged, promoting a conscious lifestyle "slow fast life". Together with Sylwia Stano, she wrote the book "Luckily, I Am a Woman" - a collection of discussions published in 2019 by Agora Publishing House.
She is currently working on digitizing her own ACTING METHOD.
* Kalina Zalewska *
Author of reviews, essays on theatre and longer treatises. In 2009-20 deputy editor-in-chief of the monthly "Teatr" and member of the chapter of the Konrad Swinarski and Aleksander Zelwerowicz Awards, granted by the magazine. Several times participant of the Artistic Commission of the Competition for the Exposition of Polish Contemporary Art and the "Klasyka Żywa" Competition. Currently, she works at the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute.
* Piotr Kruszczyński *
Director and architect, director of the Izabella Cywińska Nowy Theatre in Poznań. Promoter of young theatre artists, initiator of the Debut Stage and the Young Theatre Week, former lecturer at the University of Arts in Poznań and the Theatre Academy in Warsaw. Since his debut in 1997, he has directed in Poland, Germany and the United States. In 2002-2008, he was the artistic director of the Dramatic Theatre in Wałbrzych. Since 2018, he has also been the director of the "Let's Remember Osiecka" festival and vocal competition, organized by the Nowy Theatre in Poznań. Since 2023, he has been the vice-president of the Union of Polish Theatres.
* Adrian Panek *
Graduate of directing at the Faculty of Radio and Television, University of Silesia in Katowice and the Wajda School. Film and series director, screenwriter, creator of music videos and commercials. He made his debut in 2011 with the award-winning film about Jakub Frank entitled "Daas". His second feature film "Werewolf" from 2018 received, among others, the award for directing at the Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia. In 2024, his two films premiered: "Colours of Evil. Red", which was the global number one on Netflix, and "Simona Kossak", awarded, among others, at the Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia.
* Eliza Kujan (MKiDN) *
Chief specialist for international cooperation in the Department of Artistic Education in the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage; her tasks include recruiting candidates of Polish origin for studies at art schools with a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. A philosopher by education (although she really wanted to study Polish literature). She has collaborated with the Polish Radio Theatre (adaptations for radio plays).
Her passion is the mountains. She is a co-author (and sometimes author) of reviews and columns presented on the website gorskidomkultury.eu. She has also written reviews for the quarterly "Tatry" and the yearly "Wierchy". In 2013, she qualified to work as a mountain guide and whenever possible, she leads trips to the Tatras, Pieniny and Podtatrze.
