Fourth year acting students are working on Witold Gombrowicz’ play „Iwona, księżniczka Burgunda” in direction of Anna Augustynowicz. The first performances already on 7, 8, 9 November.
- We are in an unusual interior, plain and austere, resembling that of a cathedral, catacombs, or a castle. Watching the actors perform in a place like this makes the audience focus their attention on actors’ faces, emotions and features of character of the protagonists portrayed. For the actors themselves it’s a great opportunity to present themselves thoroughly. – says Anna Augustynowicz, the director of the play. Waldemar Zawodziński is in charge of the art direction of the play. The fourth year students performing in the play „Iwona, księżniczka Burgunda” are: Aleksandra Bogulewska, Konrad Eleryk, Aleksandra Frączek, Michał Floriańczyk, Sabina Karwala, Natalia Klepacka, Mateusz Kocięcki, Jakub Nosiadek, Damian Potębski, Daniel Sołtysiński, Oskar Stoczyński and Joanna Zagórska.
