Golden Tadpole for Zuza Pyda, the director of photography of the student film "Taki pejzaż" by Jagoda Szelc! The Grand Prix – Golden Frog – goes to Lukasz Zal and Ryszard Lenczewski for "Ida".
Amongst the winners of the 21st International Directors of Photography Festival Camerimage, which took place in Bydgoszcz (16 – 23 November), there were the Lodz Film School graduates (Łukasz Żal, Ryszard Lenczewski, Arkadiusz Tomiak, BodoKox), lecturers (Ryszard Lenczewski, vice-dean of Cinematography Dept) and students (Zuzanna Pyda, cinematography student, Jagoda Szelc, direction student).
The Camerimage Grand Prix – Golden Frog – went to Łukasz Żal and Ryszard Lenczewski for the photography to Paweł Pawlikowski’s film "Ida". Arkadiusz Tomiak was the prize winner in the Polish film competition section – for the photography to BodoKox film "Dziewczyna z szafy".
The Golden Tadpole went to Zuza Pyda for the photography for a student fiction film "Taki pejzaż" directed by Jagoda Szelc (artistic supervision: Mariusz Grzegorzek and Ryszard Lenczewski).
The prize giving ceremony took place on 23 November during the evening festival closing gala.
