The Grand Prix for shorts at the Etiuda & Anima Festival in Krakow goes to the "Fragments" by Aga Woszczyńska. The Prize comprises the Golden Dinosaur Statue and 10,000 PLN.
The newly published Lodz Film School book "Through Cinematographer's Eye" had its premiere at the Camerimage Festival. On the cover a photo by Robert Mainka, a photography student.
"Arena", a fiction short film by Martin Rath, a final year direction student, gets the best short film prize at the 17th ARPA International Film Festival in Los Angeles (14-16 November).

Izabela Maciejewska, Lodz Film School graduate, gets the Audience Prize at the 6th London Art Festival "Passion for Freedom" for the installation Ghetto 21st C.
